1. What is your standard lead time for back order items?
Typically online orders will ship within two business days. If an item is on back order we will provide you with an expected ship date. We will also work with you to accommodate an expedited order.
2. Why are the prices on the website different from the price sheets and/or sales quotes?
Zinko’s website and distribution center are separate entities, thus pricing will tend to differ a little. Special promotions are held at each entity therefore it is to your advantage to take the better price. In the event of a pricing error on our web site, we will honor the transaction once it has been completed.
3. Where are your products made?
Our items are made in Japan or Taiwan.
4. What is the degree of reliability of your products?
Zinko products are designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. Our Japan made products boast of 0.03% defective ratio.
5. Are Zinko products repairable?
Our products have a limited warranty and are fully repairable. Item break-downs and troubleshooting directions are posted on our website for your reference. Please feel free to contact us for repair kits and parts orders.
6. Does Zinko manufacture special order items?
At Zinko we pride ourselves in working with OEM items. We work with the client to satisfy any special specifications that they may need for their product. We do special order items to fit your requirements.
