The RHC-10 hydraulic toe cylinder provides an expanded 10-ton capacity for demanding structural rigging, machinery installation, and heavy plant maintenance. Utilizing a rigid steel construction, the cylinder delivers 4.92" of controlled travel whether lifting from the top head or the extended toe. Its low-profile toe requires only 1.18" of starting clearance, giving crews an effective solution for slipping under low-slung machinery bases and heavy components where overhead or side room is limited. A broad 9.75" x 7.88" base ensures solid footing under load, while remote coupling to manual or pneumatic hydraulic pumps keeps operators situated safely clear of the lifting zone during placement and alignment.
Special Features:
- These toe cylinders are designed to lift loads with a very low clearance. The toe area can pick up the load from as low as 0.88 inches, which is the lowest pick up point in the industry.
- Easily connecting the port to any hand pump or air pump. These toe cylinders will give the operator full control of the lift from a distance whenever close quarters operation is not accessible. Coupler connection port can be operated at any direction.
- 5 and 10 ton models come with steel cylinder.
- 10 and 25 ton models come with aluminum cylinder lighter weight for mobility.
