The Zinko ZAP-101P-1M is a portable, 10,000 PSI air-over-hydraulic pump combining a lightweight composite housing with an all-aluminum remote hand pendant for precise distance actuation. Equipped with standard 10-foot pendant air hoses, this configuration allows technicians to operate components from a safe distance while maintaining a clear vantage point of the load in rugged field conditions. Driven by an all-metal air motor operating on a 40–140 PSI input range, the single-speed system utilizes an impact-resistant 98 cubic inch nylon reservoir to reduce overall transport weight to 21 lbs while providing total corrosion resistance.
The pump delivers a no-load flow rate of 77 cubic inches per minute that transitions to 13 cubic inches per minute under full load. Featuring a standard 3/8" NPT fluid port for straightforward integration, the unit incorporates an internal pressure relief valve alongside dedicated filtering components to maximize protection against system contamination. This durable, mobile assembly replaces manual pumps to significantly lower operator fatigue and supports an extended service lifespan via fully compatible repair kits sold separately.
