Overview
The Zinko ZAP-101P is a portable, 10,000 PSI air-over-hydraulic pump equipped with an impact-resistant, 98 cubic inch nylon reservoir. By replacing the standard metal tank with a composite housing, this 17 lb unit reduces transport weight while offering complete corrosion and weather resistance in demanding field environments. Powered by an all-metal air motor operating on a 40–140 PSI input range, it utilizes a two-stage release mechanism for rapid ram return and features sufficient fluid volume to drive single-acting cylinders up to 55-ton capacities.
