The Zinko ZAP-101P is a portable, 10,000 PSI air-over-hydraulic pump equipped with a lightweight, impact-resistant 98 cubic inch nylon reservoir. By replacing the standard metal tank with a composite housing, this 17 lb unit reduces transport weight while offering total corrosion resistance in harsh field environments. Powered by an all-metal air motor operating on a 40–140 PSI input range, the single-speed system delivers a no-load flow rate of 77 cubic inches per minute that shifts to 13 cubic inches per minute when under load.
The pump features a standard 3/8" NPT fluid port for straightforward integration and utilizes a built-in internal relief valve to safeguard connected components from over-pressurization. A dedicated two-stage release mechanism ensures smooth operator control by accelerating ram return and minimizing hydraulic line shock during decompression. Optimized for mobile applications and field service, this durable unit takes the place of manual pumps to significantly lower operator fatigue. Fully compatible repair kits are also available separately to extend service life.
