ZHC-12V, 12/24 Ton Toe Jack
The Zinko ZHC-12V dual-capacity toe jack is engineered for demanding industrial rigging, machinery moving, and heavy lifting applications with restricted clearances. This unit offers two distinct lifting positions, delivering a dependable 12-ton capacity at the toe and a full 24-ton capacity on the top head. The rugged steel body is fully welded to eliminate potential leak points and ensure long-term structural reliability.
Featuring an ultra-low profile minimum toe height of just 1.10", it easily slides under heavy machinery and components where standard jacks cannot fit. The 5.70" ram stroke provides a smooth lift, extending the toe to a maximum height of 6.81" and the top head to 18.50".
Navigating confined shop environments is simplified by the 360-degree rotating lever socket and the included 24.25” three-piece handle, allowing operators to gain maximum leverage from any working orientation. Exceptional structural stability is maintained by the heavy-duty 11.41" x 8.85" base, which distributes weight evenly during off-center maneuvers.
