ZHC-5V, 5/10 Ton Toe Jack
The Zinko ZHC-5V dual-capacity toe jack is engineered for demanding industrial rigging, machinery moving, and heavy lifting applications with restricted clearances. This unit offers two distinct lifting positions, delivering a dependable 5-ton capacity at the toe and a full 10-ton capacity on the top head. The rugged steel body is fully welded to eliminate potential leak points and ensure long-term structural reliability.
Featuring an ultra-low profile minimum toe height of just 0.86", it easily slides under heavy machinery and components where standard jacks cannot fit. The 4.72" ram stroke provides a smooth lift, extending the toe to a maximum height of 5.59" and the top head to 16.14".
Navigating confined shop environments is simplified by the 360-degree rotating lever socket and the included 24.25” three-piece handle, allowing operators to gain maximum leverage from any working orientation. Exceptional structural stability is maintained by the heavy-duty 10.31" x 7.16" base, which distributes weight evenly during off-center maneuvers.
