ZR-151, 15 Ton 1" Stroke Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder
The ZR-151 is a 15-ton single-acting cylinder with a 1" stroke, suited to shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance work where lifting, pushing, bending, or holding a load is required. It's rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and operates with a hand, air, or electric pump.
The piston rod is chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel for wear and corrosion resistance, with polyurethane seals and wipers to limit contamination. A hardened saddle resists plunger jamming and slippage, a steel top stop ring guards against blow-out through full-stroke travel, and a one-piece copper ring cradles the rod to absorb eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring gives fast, consistent retraction, and the cylinder can be operated in any position. Finish is baked enamel for corrosion protection.
