ZR-1514, 15 Ton 14" Stroke Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder
At a 14" stroke, the ZR-1514 is the longest-travel option in the 15-ton ZR line, intended for jobs where extended plunger reach is the priority — deep lifts, long-distance pushing, or bending work that outpaces shorter-stroke cylinders. It shares the same industrial-grade build for shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance applications, rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and compatible with hand, air, or electric pumps.
The piston rod is chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel for resistance to wear and corrosion, with polyurethane seals and wipers keeping contamination out. A hardened saddle resists jamming and slippage under load, a steel top stop ring protects against blow-out through the full stroke, and a one-piece copper ring supports the rod against eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring provides quick, consistent retraction, the unit can be run in any orientation, and a baked enamel finish completes the corrosion protection.
