ZR-152, 15 Ton 2" Stroke Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder
With a 2" stroke, the ZR-152 offers extra travel over shorter-stroke options in the same 15-ton class — useful where a job calls for more plunger extension to reach, lift, or press a load before repositioning. It's a general-purpose, industrial-grade cylinder built for shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance use, rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and compatible with hand, air, or electric pumps.
Build quality centers on a chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel piston rod resistant to wear and corrosion, backed by polyurethane seals and wipers that keep contaminants out. The saddle is hardened to prevent jamming and slippage under load, a steel top stop ring protects against blow-out across the full stroke, and a one-piece copper ring supports the rod against eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring keeps retraction quick and consistent, and the cylinder can be run in any orientation. A baked enamel finish rounds out the corrosion protection.
