ZR-154, 15 Ton 4" Stroke Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder
The ZR-154 delivers a 4" stroke in the 15-ton class, giving enough plunger travel for jobs that need more than a quick nudge — deeper lifts, longer pushes, or setups where repositioning the cylinder mid-task isn't practical. It's an industrial-grade, general-purpose cylinder suited to shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance applications, rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and driven by a hand, air, or electric pump.
It's built around a chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel piston rod for wear and corrosion resistance, with polyurethane seals and wipers keeping out contamination. The hardened saddle prevents plunger jamming and slippage under load, a steel top stop ring guards against blow-out through the entire stroke, and a one-piece copper ring supports the rod against eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring provides fast, consistent retraction, and the cylinder operates in any position, with a baked enamel finish for added corrosion resistance.
