ZR-158, 15 Ton 8" Stroke Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder
The ZR-158 offers an 8" stroke within the 15-ton range, built for applications that demand extended plunger reach — long-travel lifting, pushing, or bending jobs where a shorter cylinder would fall short. It's a general-purpose, industrial cylinder for shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance work, rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and compatible with hand, air, or electric pumps.
The piston rod is chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel for corrosion and wear resistance, paired with polyurethane seals and wipers to keep contaminants out. A hardened saddle resists jamming and slippage under load, a steel top stop ring prevents blow-out through the full stroke, and a one-piece copper ring supports the rod against eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring ensures fast, consistent retraction, the unit runs in any orientation, and a baked enamel finish provides additional corrosion protection.
