ZRDH-606, 60 Ton 6.53" Stroke Hollow Plunger Double Acting Cylinder
The ZRDH-606 is a 60-ton double-acting hollow plunger hydraulic cylinder engineered for high-tonnage pulling, tensioning, testing, and rod-extraction operations.
Its specialized center-hole design allows cables, rods, and strands to feed directly through the plunger, making it ideal for wire tensioning, post-tensioning bolts, or pulling heavy-duty gears and pins. Built with an industrial-grade alloy steel body, its dual-circuit hydraulic configuration delivers rapid, automated cycles with full power during both extension and retraction strokes.
This model features a 12.71" collapsed height and a 6.53" stroke that extends to a 19.25" maximum height. It comes equipped with standard 3/8" N.P.T. fast-flow quick-connection couplers and dust caps on both ports, alongside a grooved hardened removable saddle designed to protect the plunger thread during heavy load cycles. When used with a head cap installed, this versatile cylinder can also be used as a standard cylinder for traditional lifting and pushing tasks.
The cylinder features a threaded collar, internal plunger threads, and base mounting holes for straightforward alignment and integration into custom shop presses, fixtures, or dedicated production rigs.

- Hollow type cylinders - The hollow going through the rod can be used for tensioning such as wire, strand, bolt, rods, etc. When used with head cap on, these hollow cylinders can be used as an ordinary cylinders.
- Capacities of 300 tons and above are available upon request.
