Overview
The Zinko ZAP-101-4M is a high-performance, 10,000 PSI air-over-hydraulic pump equipped with an integrated four-way, three-position manual directional valve. This valving setup makes the unit highly versatile, providing the precise control needed to power double-acting hydraulic cylinders and presses in both fixed shop environments and mobile field applications. Powered by an all-metal air motor operating on an 80–140 PSI input range, the single-speed system delivers a high-volume 77 cubic inch per minute no-load flow rate that shifts to 13 cubic inches per minute under full load.
The pump features a standard 3/8" NPT fluid port layout and incorporates a built-in pressure relief valve alongside dedicated hydraulic pickup, hydraulic output, and air inlet filters to prevent line contamination. Built for reliable service with a standard 98 cubic inch usable oil capacity, this 25 lb unit features a durable anodized aluminum reservoir. Like the rest of the work-proven ZAP lineup, this model is fully serviceable via compatible repair kits sold separately.
