ZPK-04, 4 Ton Portable Set
The ZPK-04 is a complete 4-ton portable hydraulic set for auto collision repair, with the pump, cylinder, and attachments you need to start work all in one convenient carrying case. It pairs a ZHP-18 single-speed hand pump, hose, and 1/4" coupler with a ZAR-044SP 4-ton cylinder. Four extension tubes (4", 8", 12", and 16") add reach, while the flat base and 90° V base give the cylinder wider, more stable footing. A wedge head, spreader plunger toe, spreader ram toe, 2-3/4" flex head, and serrated saddle change the contact point for different pushing and spreading jobs. A spreader ram and male connector are also included. Together, these pieces let you configure one cylinder for a wide range of repair set-ups, rather than being limited to a single job. A built-in overload system helps protect both the operator and the equipment, and the complete kit weighs 43 lbs.
